Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2026
This policy describes how Whis Personal Gmail Organizer (the “Application”), a private personal-use tool operated by Adrian Antonescu, accesses and handles Google user data.
Google data accessed
With the account owner's authorization, the Application may read Gmail messages and metadata needed to locate selected communications. It may also apply or modify Gmail labels to track processing state. The Application does not request permission to send email.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to provide personal email monitoring, filtering, notification, and organization requested by the account owner.
Data sharing and advertising
Google user data is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, used for targeted advertising, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate the Application and protect its security.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and any limited processing state are stored on access-controlled private infrastructure. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
Retention and deletion
The Application retains only the credentials and limited state needed to operate its automation. The account owner may revoke access at any time through Google Account permissions and may request deletion of locally stored credentials or related data by contacting the address below.
Limited Use compliance
The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
